What is the CDS for?
CDS (Chlorine Dioxide Solution) is a multi-purpose disinfectant that has been used for many years in various fields.
It is particularly known for its antimicrobial activity against a wide range of bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites, which explains its use in water disinfection and purification.
Due to its effectiveness at low concentrations, chlorine dioxide is the subject of numerous scientific studies and is widely used in disinfection processes.
Drinking water disinfection and purification
Step 1: Dilute approximately 1 mL of CDS in 1 liter of water.
Step 2: Wait at least 30 minutes to allow the chlorine dioxide time to act in the water.
Test water quality before consumption.
Never consume the pure solution.

To ensure optimal product quality, please observe the following storage conditions:
- Before opening: Store at room temperature, ideally between 15 and 25 °C. Thanks to its quality glass bottle and airtight cap, the product can be stored out of the refrigerator as long as it has not been opened.
- After opening: Store in the refrigerator between 4 and 10 °C to preserve its stability and prevent any gas loss, as gas can escape at temperatures above 11 °C.
- Protection from light: Store away from direct light to limit any product degradation.
- Protection from air: Always ensure the bottle is carefully closed after use. The airtight cap helps limit air exposure and preserve the product's concentration.
- Avoid heat: Do not store near heat sources or reactive materials.
Shelf life
This product does not have a strict expiration date when stored under proper conditions. However, to benefit from its optimal properties, it is recommended to use it within 12 months of purchase.
Tip: If you have enough space, we recommend storing the product in the refrigerator upon receipt.
This product contains neither sodium chlorite (NaClO₂) nor hydrochloric acid (HCl). It is exclusively chlorine dioxide gas obtained from the reaction between sodium chlorite (25%) and hydrochloric acid (4%), dissolved in water.
None of these reagents are directly present in the final solution, guaranteeing a pure formulation that complies with safety and quality standards.
No preservatives or additives are added to the product.

Chlorine dioxide is generated from sodium chlorite (25%) and hydrochloric acid (4%), then recovered and injected into the water without direct contact between the reagents, making any presence of residues impossible in the final solution.
Three tests guarantee the purity of Dioxypure CDS:
- Concentration (3000 ppm): The controlled concentration of 3000 ppm guarantees a stable solution that meets quality standards.
- Conductivity (< 500 µS): Conductivity below 500 µS indicates the absence of undesirable chemical residues.
- pH (> 4): A pH greater than 4 indicates that the CDS is pure and stable.
Beware of "too yellow" CDS. An excessively yellow color may indicate the presence of additives or reagents.
