The Origin of Seawater and its Transformation

In the late 19th century, French biologist René Quinton made a remarkable observation: the mineral composition of seawater bears striking similarities to that of human blood plasma. According to him, the ocean represented the original environment of life, and its minerals—sodium, magnesium, calcium, potassium, as well as a multitude of trace elements—were essential for cellular balance.

To preserve this natural richness, the water is collected from protected marine areas, selected for their environmental purity. It is then cold-filtered and clarified to remove impurities while preserving the mineral complexity that Quinton identified as essential.
