Did you know that simply washing your fruits and vegetables with tap water is not always enough to remove bacteria, viruses, or pesticide residues?
At Dioxypure, we offer a simple and effective method to clean your food using our chlorine dioxide solution (CDS).
The secret? It's not the CDS that directly acts on your fruits and vegetables, but the water purified by the CDS.
Step 1: Prepare your fruits, vegetables, and salad bowls
For this tutorial, we will use grapes, tomatoes, a zucchini, and strawberries, but you can choose any fruits and vegetables you like.
You will need some bowls: they will be essential for holding the purified water.
Step 2: Prepare purified water with CDS
- Take our ultra-pure chlorine dioxide solution (CDS).
- Pour 1 mL of CDS per 1 L of water into the measuring cup provided with the bottle.
- Transfer the solution to your bowls filled with water.
- Wait 30 minutes for the water to be completely purified and disinfected.
⚠️ Important: CDS does not directly disinfect your fruits and vegetables. It purifies the water, and it is this water that actually cleans your food.
Step 3: Wash your fruits and vegetables
- Gently place your fruits and vegetables in purified water.
- Leave them for 1 to 2 minutes for the water to eliminate bacteria, viruses, and chemical residues.
Result: your fruits and vegetables are effectively cleaned, thanks to the water purified by Dioxypure CDS ✅
